Experience: 4-6 years in Healthcare/Hospital segment & Passage Care Door Segment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Metaflex products to Hospitals and solution providers to Hospitals (Contractors) active in the North region.
  • Develop business penetration in North Indian Healthcare including Pharmaceutical industry (mainly by creating sales channels, distribution networks).
  • Strengthen work relationship with end user and contractors (e.g.: turnkey modular OT providing companies).
  • Create a market by educating doctors / hospitals on need of the product.
  • Get Metaflex products make listed in government tenders.
  • Keep track of new hospitals projects coming up and medical industry development through various measures.
  • Develop market awareness through exhibitions & conferences.
  • Build company knowledge asset on Healthcare and Pharma market.
  • Implement Sales policies with respect to margin, budget achievement, sales growth, payment collection, c-form collection, customer satisfaction and brand building.
  • Prepare marketing & sales plan for the region and achieve projected sales of Passage Care Door / Commercial Door.
  • Identify new clients and business opportunities through consultants, Architects, Builders and EPC Contractors.
  • Provide technical information to customers & prepare Tailor make products as per clients requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Gain knowledge of company policies, processes and system.
  • Learn and Understand company Product Portfolio and culture.
  • Follow company regulations, health and safety norms and Code of Business Conduct.
  • Complete all assigned tasks in stipulated time frame and prepare presentations as and when required on the assigned topics.
  • Assist in reaching and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets for the company.
  • Strive direct sales via cold calling, in person sales calls and presentations.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining key account and channel partner relationships.

Consultative Sales:
