Rail construction: Aluminum profile, hermetic closing, Metaflex system
Canopy : Coated aluminum plate in standard RAL9006 aluminum color
Door blade : Anodized aluminum surrounding, 4-sided, blind fixed
• Door core made of CFC-free Polyurethane, thickness
48mm.
• As top layer on both sides is hard plastic laminate of
size 6mm.
• The total door blade thickness is 60 mm., flush on both
sides
Gasket : On all 4 sides of the door blade is a special rubber gasket
Opener : Stainless steel lever handles on both sides, options of handle
available
Window : Double glazed flush window possible, not included in the test
glass quality is both sides laminated and both sides flush with the
doorblade
Acoustic value : 28dB sound reducing door

The door is surrounded by a four side rubber sealing gasket that ensures 99.9% hermetic sealing, which reduces the contamination risk between the rooms and controls the pressure in the room
With hermetic sliding door the air pressure builds up quickly which is less critical for patients, especially when the doors are opened during operation. If there is a failure of air handling unit the over pressure is under control
Metaflex hermetic doors stops cold smoke and prevents the smoke from spreading saving lives and giving doctors and patients more time to escape
With the usage of Hermetic doors the number of air changes and amount of clean air required is reduced which in turn saves money
The door slides on an overhead track which is made of high quality aluminum extrusion with indentations due to this there is no obstruction with the trolley movement on the floor
The door blade with 60mm with HPL cover and PU core has a 28 db noise reducing value which offers a safe working environment for everybody inside. Due to the insulation properties of PU the environment temperature and humidity can be maintained as required
It can withstand high abrasion as it is made of high quality anodized aluminum and door blade made of compact laminate
Top rollers made of self lubricating nylon which ensures no noise movement of the door. The life of the rollers goes up to 5 years.
The door is user friendly and it has large openings which creates no problem for the designers
These doors help in preventing air turbulence which guarantees sterile environment
The loadings on the wall are better distributed
