DOCK LEVELLERS
Stertil offers a wide range of dock levellers, making it possible to find the best solution for each loading- and unloading situation. The Stertil docklevellers meet all safety requirements of the European directive EN 1398. Standard Stertil offers a two year guarantee.  X-series  Dock leveller with telescopic lip. This type of dock leveller is extremely efficiënt and can be positioned on the bed of the truck in a very precise and accurate way. By one short push on the Auto-Return button the leveller comes back to its rest position. The unique Stertil rear hinge with closely controlled gap and the long chamfer on both deck and lip reduce impacts to the absolute minimum. The X-series docklevellers are well equiped in their standard executions.  Dimensions & working range

The P series ergonomic dock leveller is the latest and most advanced dock leveller available to create the smoothest transition between the warehouse and the vehicle floor. The patented lip mechanism with a parallellogram hinge construction, creates a horizontal lip in every position of the platform movement. The rear hinge of the P series ergonomic dock leveller is sited as near to the back as possible, reducing the hinge opening to the smallest possible dimension. Polyurethane strips integrated in the rear hinge reduce noise levels and impact. Technical Specifications • Capacity 60 kN. • The Stertil dock leveller type LA meets all safety requirements of European directive EN 1398. • The lip can easily be positioned on the truck floor by a handle. • The platform and lip are made of tread plate and beams of steel quality S 355 JO (steel 52). The thickness of the deck is 6/8 mm, the lip plate is 12/14 mm thick. • The open lip hinge retains no dirt, so effective operation is ensured and no lubrication is necessary. The weld connecting the hinge to the platform and lip is so strong that Stertil guarantees this component for life. • The leveller can be parked without the need for the truck to drive away. • Bumpers are mounted on hot dip galvanized consoles. • The standard conservation of deck and lip consists of steel blasting, a primer coating and finishing in ocean blue, RAL 5020. Total layer thickness is 80 microns. Options • Deck and lip in various RAL-colours of own choice. • Hot dip galvanising of frame, platform and lip. • PE low friction dock bumpers. • Lip with a range of 300 mm. beyond the bumpers. • Self forming pan.
